DZQⅡ-CD-104 summary
This product is mainly used for the sudden drop of soft starter of low-voltage motor. Serious voltage drop will make the electrical equipment stop working, or cause the quality problem of the product. The equipment in continuous production process is particularly sensitive to voltage sag. This product is applied to frequency converter and soft start restart.
DZQⅡ- CD-104 performance
DZQⅡ- CD-104 restart controller is designed for fault safety. The normally open auxiliary contact of the controlled contactor connects the internal working power supply to the logic circuit, and charges the internal super capacitor (about 3 minutes). The reclosing command will be issued only after the controlled contactor is tripped due to "power swing"; when the controlled contactor is tripped manually or due to fault, the controller loses power and the internal energy storage capacitor automatically resets and discharges.
Setting different reclosing delay time ty, DZQⅡ-CD-104 controller can form a simple, reliable and decentralized motor group restart system, and can also form a multi-functional group control device of motor group formation with other electrical interlocking circuits. It has good cost performance, fast response time, reliable and simple control.
