Decorative Paper Impregnation Line

Overview

The Impregnation line is for gluing melamine on the decorative paper to make the melamine paper. Decorative paper impregnation line is used for decorative paper with Urea or Phenol or Melamine resins.

Such impregnated paper is used for making laminates or in pre-lamination of particle boards overlaying.

It is made up of unwinder machine, 1st impregnator, 1st dryer section, 1st cooling section, 2nd impregnator, 2nd dryer section, 2nd cooling section, web aligner, conveyor, paper cutter and paper stacker.

◆ The high precision metering roller ensures the gluing precision and surface quality of the Horizontal Impregnation Line. Moving precision of metering roller≤0.003mm, Linear precision of metering roller ≤0.003mm/m.

◆ Double radio and television synchronous motors are used to control deviation adjustment, which has the advantages of stable deviation adjustment and smooth paper running.

◆ The heating fan adopts a coaxial design to minimize noise during production. The motor uses Japanese NSK bearings to ensure long-term trouble-free operation.

◆ The paper cutter adopts coding technology with high precision and good accuracy, and the cutting length can be set arbitrarily.

◆ The temperature of the drying chamber comes with PID high-precise control and the exact-accurate temperature control.

◆ Temperature control precision≤±1°C
